In 2007, Jolene Risch founded Risch Results to enable organizations to grow by building world-class teams, intentional leadership, and people strategies that support long-term results. In 2025, her son Eli made Aliyah (immigrating to Israel and becoming a citizen), and thus Risch Results Israel was born.

As Eli began building his life in Israel, Jolene committed herself to learning about the country’s tech ecosystem and building relationships with the people driving it. She came to appreciate the Israeli pace, directness, and ability to turn complex problems into practical solutions.

Israeli founders operate with urgency, resilience, and global ambition. That ambition brings real challenges as companies expand beyond Israel, particularly into the U.S. The friction is rarely about product or vision. More often, it shows up in hiring the right leaders, building customer-facing teams, aligning expectations across cultures, and putting structure in place early enough to support scale.
