As Director of Business Development and Recruiting at Risch Results, Viri Feldman builds lasting client partnerships while delivering customized talent solutions across executive, legal, and leadership roles. With more than 25 years of experience in executive search, legal recruiting, human resources, and public relations, she brings a strategic, people-focused approach to every engagement.

Before joining Risch Results, Viri was a top-producing legal recruiter and held leadership roles in hospitality, retail, real estate, and aviation services. She was also part of the founding team of Lighthouse Resource Group, where she developed the firm’s client engagement and early leadership programs.

Viri earned her degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Arlington and is also a graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey. She is a Certified Life Coach and fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Her ability to blend emotional intelligence with business strategy allows her to support clients with insight, empathy, and integrity.

She lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with her husband and is the proud mother of two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time outdoors.
