In an incredible milestone for the Risch Results team, President and Founder Jolene Risch was awarded 2023 Recruiting Leader of the Year by Dallas HR. The award was presented to Jolene at the HR Stars event on February 23, 2024.
In her acceptance speech, Jolene shared her gratitude with our team and with her amazing network of supportive mentors, partners, clients, and friends. She shared, “Winning this award was not only a personal highlight but also a recognition of the our team’s unwavering dedication and hard work in the demanding world of talent acquisition.”

Members of the Risch Results team attended the event and were there to support Jolene as she accepted the award.
