As Israel Operations Manager at Risch Results, Shira leads our on-the-ground efforts in Israel, supporting the firm’s growing work with Israeli startups expanding into the U.S. market. She plays a key role in strengthening relationships, managing client partnerships, and coordinating cross-border initiatives that connect Israeli innovation with U.S.-based talent needs.

Based in Tel Aviv, Shira brings a global perspective shaped by her international background and professional experience working across cultures and markets. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the Texas McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Her education and experience have given her a strong foundation in innovation, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement, skills that support Risch Results’ mission to help companies scale thoughtfully and effectively.

Shira is passionate about building meaningful connections and bridging gaps between people, ideas, and markets. She works closely with clients and partners to ensure a seamless experience as organizations navigate growth, hiring, and expansion across borders.

Outside of work, Shira is a certified personal trainer with a deep interest in health, wellness, and empowering others to perform at their best, both professionally and personally.
