A year defined by range
In 2025, we supported hiring across industries, roles, and markets. From Accounting & Finance and Professional Services to Tech, Nonprofit, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Facilities Management & Construction.
Different needs, different challenges, with one consistent, thoughtful approach.
While every search had its own context, several roles came up again and again across our work in 2025.
These positions consistently sat at the center of growth, scale, and stability for the organizations we partnered with.
Some roles proved essential across industries, regardless of size or sector:
Controller roles appeared across construction, facilities management, nonprofit, and professional services, reflecting the universal need for strong financial leadership.
Sales roles showed up across tech and manufacturing, underscoring how revenue growth remains a shared priority across markets.
Together, these crossover roles highlighted how foundational functions translate across industries when teams are building thoughtfully.
Focused on building, not redoing
Most of the searches we worked on this year were first-time hires, not replacements.
Beyond borders: building the bridge to Israel
2025 marked a meaningful step forward in our global work.
We spent the year laying the groundwork for cross-border hiring between the U.S. and Israel through:
- 14 in-person meetings
- 24+ conversations with founders and leaders
- 1 live event
- 2 LinkedIn Lives
This wasn’t just expansion, it was relationship-building.

The culture that powered the placements
At the heart of everything we did this year was trust. Trust with our clients, candidates, partners, and each other.
A culture rooted in relationships, accountability, and thoughtful hiring.
Thank you for being part of our 2025 story.
We’re heading into 2026 with momentum, and we’re ready for what’s next.
